Job summary

OANDA is seeking a client-focused professional for a fully remote Independent Contractor role in its Client Experience Team. You will assist clients with product usage, troubleshooting, and account processes while supporting a global team across multiple locations, including Toronto, Krakow, Tokyo, and Singapore.

Active business registration is required to operate as an independent contractor. You will inform clients about products, resolve queries via live chat, phone, email, and digital

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of trading—Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Indices.
• Willingness to establish or hold active business registration to operate as an independent contractor.
• Fluent English and native Mandarin.
• Willingness to work Singapore business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) as needed.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Ability to access systems via Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about OANDA products and how to use them across live chat, phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting for platform access, trading tools, and account processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OANDA products and services.
• Manage cases in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and document thoroughly for audit trails.
• Adhere to operational workflows and regulatory standards to ensure compliance.
• Participate in trainings and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Promote positive client relations with a can-do attitude and willingness to help.
