Job summary

OANDA is hiring for a fully remote Independent Contractor role in our Client Experience Team. You will inform clients about products, troubleshoot platform access, and maintain product knowledge while supporting a global audience across multiple locations.

Fluent English is required, and proficiency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a plus. Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is beneficial, with weekend/holiday coverage on a rotation basis being a possibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Active business registration (or willingness to establish one) to operate as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about OANDA’s products and how to use them via live chat, phone, email and digital platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolve technical or procedural queries regarding platform access, trading tools, and account processes.
• Maintain knowledge of the full line of products and services offered by OANDA.
