OANDA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist for a fully remote Independent Contractor role supporting a global team across multiple locations including Toronto, Krakow, Tokyo and Singapore. You will inform clients about products, assist with platform access and account processes, and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.

Ideal candidates have client-facing experience, trading knowledge, and fluency in English and French, with readiness to work North American hours and operate as an IC

Competenze

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of trading, Forex, CFDs, commodities and market mechanics.
• Active business registration to operate as an independent contractor.
• Fluent English and native French.
• Willingness to work North American hours.
• Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is aPlus.

Mansioni

• Inform clients about OANDA’s products and how to use them via live chat, phone, email and digital platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting help and resolve technical or procedural queries.
• Maintain knowledge of the complete line of products and services.
• Use CRM tools like Salesforce and document in ticketing systems for audit trails.
• Adhere to workflows and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Promote positive client relations with a can-do attitude.
