Job summary

OANDA Global Corporation seeks an experienced Client Experience professional for an independent contractor role supporting a global team. You will help clients understand products, troubleshoot access and tools, and maintain CRM records while following regulatory standards.

You must be proficient in English and French, have trading knowledge, and be willing to operate during North American business hours from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles in FinTech or finance.
• Hands-on trading knowledge across Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices.
• Active business registration or willingness to establish one.
• Fluent English and native French.
• Available to work North American business hours.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about OANDA products and how to use them via live chat, phone, email and digital platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolve technical or procedural queries about platform access and trading tools.
• Maintain knowledge of the full range of OANDA products and services.
• Manage cases in CRM systems (Salesforce) and document activity for audit trails.
• Adhere to workflows and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Participate in training and knowledge-transfer sessions to stay current.
• Promote positive client relations with a can-do attitude and willingness to help.
