Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Approximately 10+ years in consulting, infrastructure, or civil engineering environments.
• Experience leading projects, teams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Experience producing construction documents, technical specs, and engineering reports.
• Strong commercial awareness with exposure to business development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard engineering and project delivery software.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with project and client management.
• Proven leadership with mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of engineering projects from planning and design through to execution and completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate engineers, specialists, staff, and external consultants.
• Prepare and review technical reports, design docs, specs, contracts, and deliverables.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and financial performance.
• Support proposal development including scope, fees, staffing, and programmes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain relationships throughout lifecycles.
• Represent the organisation in client meetings, presentations and stakeholder engagements.
• Identify opportunities and support new work pursuits for growth.
• Provide mentorship and performance support to junior engineers.
• Stay informed on industry advancements and promote best practices.
