Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of engineering experience in construction or design-build contexts, and strong leadership and client-facing abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, Physics, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience on construction, infrastructure or design-build projects.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering challenges.
• Strong understanding of design principles, project execution, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through complex technical projects and programs.
• Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and support to engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure engineering best practices, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Develop client-focused technical solutions and review project deliverables.
