Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee project teams, drive financial performance, and maintain strong client relationships across multiple assignments.

The ideal candidate combines technical construction expertise with leadership, commercial awareness, and a focus on safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery. Travel involvement is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and managing project teams.
• Strong scheduling and project controls knowledge.
• Familiarity with safety requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for electrical construction projects.
• Develop execution plans, set goals, and communicate expectations to teams.
• Mentor and support Project Managers and staff.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and schedules; drive financial performance.
• Oversee contract administration, pricing, and change orders.
• Track progress with reports, schedules, and metrics.
• Build relationships with owners, consultants, engineers, and trade partners.
• Collaborate with field leadership to ensure safety, schedule, and budget.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Represent the company in client meetings and reviews.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Oversee billing, cost control, procurement, and contract performance.
• Support business development by leveraging client relationships.
