LVI Associates seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of high‑impact power infrastructure projects in Utah and beyond. You’ll own projects from proposal through construction, mentor engineers, and build lasting client relationships while delivering reliable, resilient electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex power infrastructure projects.
• Experience with power system studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of electrical engineering projects from proposal development through design, construction, and project closeout.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers and designers across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, utilities, contractors, and industry partners.
• Coordinate with utilities, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Champion quality assurance and continuous improvement in engineering processes and outcomes.
