LVI Associates in Baton Rouge is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of civil design projects. You will manage planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high QA/QC standards.

The role offers strong client exposure, leadership opportunities, and a clear path to senior responsibility within a growing local practice.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer licence in Louisiana, or the ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Approximately five or more years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience delivering civil design projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, contracts, invoicing, and scope management.
• Proficiency with relevant civil design and computer-aided drafting software.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and implementing QA/QC procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, public agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Leadership experience, or readiness to step into a senior role.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting, bidding, and construction.
• Coordinate multiple projects with attention to scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and project partners.
