Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a Managing Director - Strategic Accounts for the Multifamily sector to drive revenue growth across national strategic accounts by converting MSAs into site-level revenue.

You will lead account strategy, build executive relationships, and orchestrate cross-functional execution to expand share of wallet, activate agreements, and deliver consistent performance across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
• Experience with national accounts, MSAs, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong executive presence and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined portfolio of national accounts (Multi-Family, REITs).
• Develop account plans aligned to revenue, margin, and activation targets.
• Lead executive relationships across ownership, asset management, and operations.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence within CRM.
