Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors seeks a Regional Business Development Manager - Commercial Insurance to expand our market presence and generate new business across assigned regions. You will build relationships, drive whale leads, and lead inside/outside sales through networking and trade associations.

You will manage Salesforce-driven prospects, collaborate with leadership on marketing opportunities, attend 2-4 networking evenings weekly, and strive to meet annual sales targets while upholding

Qualifications

• 3+ years Business Development experience preferred.
• Must be able to attend networking functions 2-4 evenings a week.
• Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• An outgoing, driven, tenacious, team-oriented attitude is a must!

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within assigned region and other markets where BluSky operates.
• Plan and execute marketing and trade show presence; manage budgets and events.
• Meet sales activity KPIs through meetings, events, and outreach.
• Maintain Salesforce records for opportunities and relationships.
• Achieve yearly individual sales goal and contribute to team targets.
