Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in emergency services and restoration. The role focuses on building relationships, generating new leads, and expanding BluSky’s market presence in the Minneapolis region.

The candidate will develop a sales strategy, attend events, and collaborate with leadership to shape advertising and partnership initiatives. Travel up to 100% may be required, with a competitive base salary and commission

Qualifications

3+ years of outside sales experience required; within the restoration industry is ideal.
Must be able to attend networking functions in the evening and weekends when required.
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
Experience inputting and tracking sales activities into a CRM platform.
Valid driver's license.
An outgoing, driven, tenacious, team-oriented attitude is a must!

Responsibilities

Nurture and expand existing business relationships to increase lead generation and average job size.
Locate, present to, and sell BluSky to new prospects.
Maintain membership and involvement in targeted associations and achieve leadership positions.
Support all BluSky sales efforts by following our established sales process.
Perform to KPI targets regarding face-to-face activity.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contingency plans.
Achieve expected connections with clients via meetings, calls, social media, and email.
Strategically build a strong book of business.
