Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors in Illinois is seeking a Construction Project Director to lead estimating, sales, and project execution for restoration projects across commercial and multi-family properties damaged by disasters. You will develop cost estimates, close sales, and drive revenue with internal teams.

The role combines strategic business development with hands-on project oversight, requires 5+ years in restoration or construction sales, and offers a base salary plus uncapped

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred in restoration/construction.
• 5+ years marketing/business development and sales in restoration/construction.
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
• Negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company
• Selling all BluSky services and converting opportunities into sales
• Track and measure sales opportunities in the CRM
• Oversee revenue production and align with monthly goals
• Coordinate with project team for timely deposits and final billings
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure margin integrity
