You will advise CMOs and CX leaders, shape ecosystems with bespoke agents and platform integrations, and drive incremental ROI through a strategic portfolio of accounts and a growing team.

You will partner with AI Product, AI Engineering, Tech, Data and Client Engagement to deliver one-team solutions and responsible governance in line with US AI regulations.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in consulting, CX or marketing technology, or AI leadership.
• Experience leading portfolios, P&L or multi-million programmes.
• Executive presence to communicate with C-level clients.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and cross-functional teams.

• Grow and win the US portfolio by engaging clients and shaping proposals.
• Advising CMOs, CDOs, CX leaders with an agentic AI strategy.
• Build value cases with baselines and ROI attribution.
