Austinworks is seeking a Forward Deployed Growth Lead to manage strategic customer relationships, drive growth, and maximize value from AI-powered marketing. You will oversee a portfolio of 20–30 clients, working with executives to craft growth strategies and deploy AI-driven campaigns.

This role blends management consulting, strategic account management, and AI implementation, offering high ownership and opportunities to shape a new customer-facing function from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, strategic account management, customer success, AI deployment, growth strategy, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and relationship-building ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, or automation to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own 20–30 customer accounts, managing relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Partner with executives and marketing teams to develop growth strategies and improve advertising performance.
• Lead customer pilots, experiments, performance reviews, and executive presentations.
• Leverage AI agents and automation tools to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to improve customer outcomes.
• Develop scalable processes and playbooks for the growing customer organization.
