Job summary

Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train and develop future leaders in consumer finance. In 10–12 months, you gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance incentives.

You’ll learn management responsibilities, build customer relationships, and contribute to branch goals. A driver’s license, relocation willingness, and a high school diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding needs and offering solutions.
• Promote optional products to best serve customers.
• Coordinate payment reminders and arrangements with customers.
• Support the Manager to achieve branch goals.
• Learn management duties such as delegating workloads and reviewing loan documents.
• Develop leadership skills across recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
