Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a motivated individual for its Manager Development Program. Over 10-12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

The program is designed to develop future leaders through a clear path to management. Location is on-site with relocation possible for promotion.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
