Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train future leaders in consumer finance. In 10–12 months, you gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You will grow through mentoring, on-the-job learning, and progressive responsibilities, with relocation considered for promotion. The program values career growth and internal leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management responsibilities including delegating workloads and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
