Job summary

Tower Loan in the United States is launching a full-time Manager Development Program designed to develop future leaders. In 10–12 months, trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

As a Manager Trainee, you’ll build long-term customer relationships, assist in meeting office goals, and learn recruitment, staff development, and performance management as you prepare to lead a Tower Loan

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred experience in sales, collections or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
