Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Manager Development Program participant to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while developing leadership skills. The program lasts 10–12 months and includes competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

You will build long-term customer relationships, contribute to branch goals, and receive structured training through a robust promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
