Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is launching a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train Trainees for leadership roles in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Walk-in onboarding and a clear path to leadership are emphasized, with opportunities to grow through a strong promote-from-within culture and structured development plans.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
