You will build long-term customer relationships, support branch goals, and learn recruitment and staff development while staying on-site in Mississippi.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations skills relevant to leadership roles.
• Experience or exposure to recruitment and staff development is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn management responsibilities including delegation and performance management.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
