Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is offering a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train Manager Trainees for leadership roles in consumer finance. The 10–12 month program provides hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations with competitive pay and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Becoming proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
• Relocation to management upon promotion is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
