You will build customer relationships, pursue growth opportunities, and support the manager with goals, recruitment, and performance management. Strong growth potential awaits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties, including delegation and staff development.
• Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
