Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to grow future leaders in consumer finance. Trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations over 10–12 months while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Locations are on-site with a schedule Monday through Friday, plus occasional Saturdays. A clear path to leadership and opportunities for promotion are emphasized throughout the program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Relocation to promotion into management may be required.
• Preferred customer service or sales experience helps.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding office goals.
• Learn management duties such as delegating workload and loan document analysis.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, and leadership.
