Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Manager Development Program candidate for a full-time on-site role in Brookhaven, MS. The program trains you to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations while preparing you for leadership positions.

In 10–12 months you will gain hands-on experience, earn competitive pay and incentives and be supported by a strong promote-from-within culture. Relocation may be required for advancement opportunities within the company.

• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.

• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
