Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Manager Trainee for its full-time Manager Development Program in Mississippi. In 10–12 months you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Role includes developing leadership skills, relocation upon promotion, and participating in company-wide training to advance into management positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in meeting established office goals.
• Learn and support management responsibilities, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
