Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Collections & Revenue Cycle Specialist in Los Angeles to drive cash flow and support financial operations for our global client. You will manage daily accounts receivable collections, forecast cash, analyze payment trends, and coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve inquiries using ERP systems and advanced Excel.

The role offers a first shift, 8 AM–5 PM, with a Bachelor’s degree required.

In this key role, you will manage daily accounts receivable collections, prepare cash forecasts, analyze payment trends, and reconcile assigned accounts. You will partner closely with global teams across Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve customer inquiries, assess credit risk, and streamline billing workflows using enterprise ERP systems and advanced Excel tools.

salary: $45 - $48 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and collection activities for assigned customer portfolios, including proactive customer outreach via email, phone, and other communication channels such as Zoom.
• Monitor customer aging reports and proactively identify, elevate, and resolve balances.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account balances; coordinate timely resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
• Analyze customer payment trends and collection performance to identify potential risks and collection opportunities.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation into customer‑specific billing and procurement systems.
