Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Collections & Revenue Cycle Specialist in Los Angeles to drive cash flow and support financial operations for our global client. You will manage daily accounts receivable collections, forecast cash, analyze payment trends, and coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve inquiries using ERP systems and advanced Excel.

The role offers a first shift, 8 AM–5 PM, with a Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and collection activities for assigned portfolios.
• Monitor aging reports and identify, elevate, and resolve balances.
• Research and resolve inquiries regarding billing, payments, and balances; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Analyze payment trends and collection performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation into billing systems.
