Job summary

Blue Engine seeks a Manager of Program Implementation – Tennessee to deliver high‑quality technical assistance across LEAs in Tennessee and drive RTI2‑A+B implementation. You will work with district leaders, coaches, and educators to diagnose needs, design support plans, and coach for inclusive instruction.

Rolling start through Dec 2026 target, with up to 60% statewide travel. Candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years K‑12 teaching, plus coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of K–12 teaching experience with demonstrated impact.
• 1+ year of coaching teachers preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality technical assistance to LEAs with measurable impact.
• Diagnose implementation needs and develop practical support plans.
• Design and deliver professional learning and collaborative learning communities.
• Co‑design tools and resources translating RTI2‑A+B guidance for local needs.
• Coach district leaders, school leaders, and educators to strengthen practice.
• Coordinate schedule, data, and communication across LEAs.
