Job summary

Blue Engine Independent Consultant Network is seeking experienced Tennessee-based consultants to support RTI²-A+B implementation across LEAs.

Consultants will work with district leaders, instructional coaches, interventionists, and educators to diagnose needs, develop support plans, and facilitate professional learning. This is a 1099 project-based engagement with travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience with RTI²-A+B or MTSS frameworks.
• Ability to coach educators and leaders toward inclusive instruction.
• Experience facilitating professional learning and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose implementation needs and prioritize priorities.
• Develop and support implementation plans with district and school leaders.
• Facilitate professional learning and collaborative learning experiences.
