Job summary

Blue Engine is a non‑profit focused on ending unequal student outcomes by shifting teaching paradigms. The Manager, Program Implementation – Tennessee leads technical assistance across LEAs, diagnosing needs, developing plans, and delivering professional learning to strengthen RTI²‑A+B and inclusive instruction.

Qualifications

• K–12 teaching experience with demonstrated impact on student outcomes.
• Experience coaching teachers.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Project management across partner sites.
• Knowledge of inclusive instruction, RTI/MTSS, and tiered intervention.
• Ability to build relationships with educators and leaders across contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Diagnose implementation needs and priorities across districts and schools.
• Co‑develop clear support plans with LEA and school leaders.
• Design and facilitate professional learning and communities.
• Translate RTI²-A+B guidance into practical tools and materials.
• Conduct coaching cycles with district leaders and educators.
• Strengthen alignment among Tier I, II, and III supports.
• Coach on adaptive mindsets and team dynamics for implementation.
• Build partner capacity to sustain implementation.
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, data collection, and follow‑up for LEAs.
• Maintain records of activities, engagement, progress, and risks.
• Monitor progress and adjust TA based on data.
• Manage travel and dynamic delivery schedules.
