Job summary

Blue Engine is seeking a Director of Program Implementation for Tennessee to lead statewide technical assistance, diagnose needs, and drive RTI2-A+B support across divisions. You will work with LEAs, schools, and leaders to develop plans, facilitate learning, and supervise contractors in a high-impact role.

You will build capacity, ensure timely delivery, and align efforts to Tennessee requirements and Blue Engine standards, with travel across the state and a rolling start by November 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of K–12 teaching with impact; 2+ years in coaching or leadership.
• Proven ability to lead adult learning, coaching, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation for a portfolio of LEAs and schools with clear outcomes.
• Design and deliver professional learning, coaching cycles, and communities of practice.
• Coordinate contractors, set quality standards, and monitor progress and risks.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Align RTI2-A+B guidance with Tennessee requirements and Blue Engine standards.
