Job summary

Blue Engine seeks a Manager of Program Implementation – Tennessee to lead high‑quality technical assistance across Tennessee LEAs. You will diagnose needs, develop support plans, and coach district leaders, instructional coaches, and educators to strengthen RTI2‑A+B systems and inclusive instruction.

The role requires translating evidence into practical supports, coordinating schedules, travel, and collaboration with the Director for their Grand Division. Up to 60% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of K–12 teaching experience with demonstrated impact on student outcomes.
• 1+ years of experience coaching teachers.
• Experience in special education, multilingual education, and/or RTI/MTSS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, materials, data collection, documentation, and follow-up for assigned LEAs.
• Design and facilitate professional learning, collaborative professional communities, consultation sessions, and strategic-planning experiences.
• Monitor LEA progress and adjust technical assistance accordingly.
