Job summary

Blue Engine seeks a Director, Program Implementation – Tennessee, to lead high-quality technical assistance and RTI²‑A+B implementation across East Tennessee. You will partner with LEAs, schools, and educators to diagnose needs, design supports, and coach leaders toward stronger inclusive instruction.

You will also oversee contractors, ensure timely deliverables, and align services with state requirements and Blue Engine standards, traveling as needed within the Grand Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of K–12 teaching experience with demonstrated impact on student outcomes, plus 2+ years of instructional coaching, school leadership, or related implementation leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deepen educators’ and leaders’ skills and shift behaviors and mindsets through coaching.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence to identify root causes and develop actionable solutions responsive to local context.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and drive impact within a Tennessee Grand Division.
• Coordinate the Grand Division contractors and ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with RTI²‑A+B framework.
• Diagnose implementation needs, develop support plans, facilitate professional learning and coaching cycles.
• Strengthen connections between Tier I core instruction and Tier II/III supports to ensure access to grade-level learning.
