Job summary

Blue Engine seeks a Director of Program Implementation for Tennessee to lead RTI²-A+B technical assistance across a Grand Division, working with LEAs, schools, and educators to drive system-level change.

You will diagnose needs, develop support plans, facilitate professional learning, and coach leaders, while managing contractors and ensuring alignment with TN requirements and Blue Engine standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of K–12 teaching experience with demonstrated impact on student outcomes.
• 2+ years of instructional coaching, school leadership, or related implementation leadership experience.
• Coaching across multiple content areas and grade levels.
• Ability to navigate varied school/district contexts and build trusted relationships.
• Demonstrated project management across multiple partners and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive instruction and RTI/MTSS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Coordinate Grand Division execution and maintain implementation quality.
• Pilot product updates and provide feedback on usability, feasibility, context, and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve implementation challenges and improve outcomes.
• Lead coaching cycles with district leaders, school leaders, and educators.
