Job summary

Blue Engine is seeking a Manager of Program Implementation to lead RTI²-A+B technical assistance across Tennessee LEAs. You will diagnose needs, craft support plans, and facilitate professional learning to strengthen inclusive instruction.

Roll-out spans East, Middle and West Tennessee with up to 60% travel and a December 2026 target start. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of K–12 teaching experience, plus 1+ year coaching, with strong facilitation, data‑driven decision making,

Qualifications

• K–12 teaching with demonstrated impact on student outcomes
• Experience coaching teachers
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence to inform decisions

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact across Tennessee districts
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, and data collection for assigned LEAs
• Design and deliver professional learning and support plans with clear outcomes and milestones
• Coordinate multiple priorities and manage travel and schedules to meet deadlines
