Job summary

Blue Engine seeks a Manager of Program Implementation to lead RTI²-A+B support across Tennessee LEAs. You’ll diagnose needs, craft support plans, and coach district leaders and educators to improve inclusive instruction and data-driven practices.

Role requires K–12 teaching experience, coaching skills, and strong collaboration with district teams. Rolling start with travel across East Tennessee Grand Division and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of K–12 teaching with impact on outcomes; 1+ year coaching teachers.
• Experience in special education, multilingual education, or tiered intervention preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive instruction and instructional systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact with tailored plans.
• Diagnose implementation needs using multiple evidence sources.
• Co-develop clear support plans with LEA and school leaders.
• Design and facilitate professional learning and collaborative communities.
• Create practical tools translating RTI²-A+B guidance into supports.
• Coach leaders and educators to strengthen implementation and practice.
• Monitor progress and adjust assistance; manage schedules and records.
• Pilot updates, give feedback on usability and impact, share lessons.
