Job summary

Blue Engine seeks a strategic, experienced Vice President of Program to lead statewide RTI²‑A+B implementation in Tennessee, manage a distributed team, and grow regional partnerships. This senior leader will ensure program quality, scalable capacity, and sustained impact across districts while partnering with executive leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in senior K–12 leadership, strong relationship building, and a proven ability to translate state priorities into a coherent regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Senior K–12 leadership experience with multi-school/region responsibilities.
• Ability to set vision, translate to divisional priorities, and adjust as conditions change.
• Experience allocating resources while balancing impact and financial health.
• Demonstrated collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of RTI/MTSS, tiered interventions, inclusive instruction.

Responsibilities

• Own Tennessee RTI²‑A+B implementation and impact, aligning priorities and commitments.
• Build and manage a high‑performing Tennessee implementation team and QA systems.
• Generate sustainable regional revenue through governance, partnerships, and opportunity development.
• Steward external relationships with state, districts, funders, and partners; represent Blue Engine regionally.
• Lead Tennessee divisional planning and budget; align regional priorities with organizational goals.
• Translate field insights into product improvements and organizational learning.
