Job summary

CrossFit is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Education to own product strategy and execution across learner experience, course registration, content authoring, and credentialing. This hands-on role requires translating education needs into a clear roadmap and priorities, partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Education leadership.

You will drive strategy, measurable outcomes, and cross-team alignment to grow CrossFit's Education platform while balancing user needs

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment linking customer needs to business outcomes.
• Experience with education technology, certification/credentialing, or learner growth products.
• Ability to define meaningful funnel and learning metrics.
• Experience navigating legacy systems and vendor integrations.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking with resilience and execution bias.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and personalization tooling is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in evolving environments and making trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Education product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Evaluate build, buy, modernize, or replace options for legacy platforms.
• Ensure requirements clearly define customer problems and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to scope initiatives and sequencing.
• Support launches with go-to-market, training, and adoption plans.
• Contribute to cross-cutting platform capabilities like data privacy and localization.
• Partner with Education leadership to identify learner pain points and opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

7+ years product management experience (Senior) or 10+ years (Principal)
