Job summary

CrossFit, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Education to own the strategy and execution for Education, including learner experience, course registration, content authoring and delivery, learning platforms, and credentialing. This hands-on role translates educator and learner needs into a clear roadmap and priorities.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Education leadership to align strategy across product surfaces and ensure measurable outcomes through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of product management experience for Senior, or 10+ years for Principal, including ownership of digital products.
• Experience with education technology, credentialing, online learning, or learner growth products.
• Familiarity with learning standards (SCORM/xAPI), localization, registrations/payments, or membership-based education models.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Education in alignment with company priorities.
• Establish goals, KPIs, and regularly evaluate performance against outcomes.
• Lead product lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to scope initiatives and sequence work across quick wins and new capabilities.
• Partner with Education leaders to identify learner and instructor pain points and prioritize improvements across the learner journey.
• Instrument enrollment, course completion, conversion, retention, and revenue per learner; run experiments to refine priorities.
• Coordinate with adjacent product owners to align strategy and sequencing across the product surface.
