Job summary

CrossFit, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Education to own the strategy and execution for the Education line of business. You will drive learner experience, course registration, content authoring, delivery, and credentialing, partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Education leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of product management in education tech; 10+ years for Principal level.
• Experience with education technology, certification or credentialing.
• Proven track record launching measurable products in complex environments.
• Ability to navigate legacy systems and vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Education.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Evaluate build, buy, or replace options for legacy platforms.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to scope initiatives and sequencing.
• Develop go‑to‑market, training, and adoption plans with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Education leadership to align on KPIs and outcomes.
