Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Packaged Snacks to provide strategic leadership for the Packaged Snacks portfolio, including salty snacks, candy, nuts, and breakfast snacks. You will define and execute category plans, work with cross-functional teams, and drive growth aligned with the long-range plan.

Responsibilities include leading category initiatives, developing budgets, and fostering alliances with manufacturers and suppliers to optimize performance and market impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop category plans for Packaged Snacks aligned with corporate goals and strategies, using insights and market trends.
• Define roles, strategies, and opportunities for Packaged Snacks categories, optimizing space, pricing, assortment and promotions by market.
• Lead the project-planning cycle for category initiatives, including resets, new launches, seasonal programs, and promotions.
• Develop, monitor, and reforecast budgets and financial plans to support the corporate plan; set targets and hurdle rates.
• Foster strategic alliances with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to drive growth and ensure supply continuity.
• Partner with Marketing Research and vendors to conduct consumer and shopper research to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Space Planning, Advertising, Loyalty, Digital, and Retail Media to maximize the impact of marketing funds.
