Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency and a customer-focused experience. You will lead daily activities with the General Manager and Assistant GM, owning programs from fresh food to catering and promotions.

You’ll train Customer Service Associates, assist with hiring and scheduling, and ensure health and safety standards across the service area. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in problem solving to drive results and streamline operations.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Monitor trends and create action plans to optimize results.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate superior service.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Recognize great performance and help Associates grow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area meeting health standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep.
