Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, working with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver a fresh, efficient, customer-focused experience daily.

You will own food and beverage programs, drive sales, train associates, manage scheduling, and ensure health standards while building a high-performing team in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership experience in food service or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving to drive results and boost sales.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage food and beverage programs including fresh food and catering.
• Drive food service sales and meet performance goals.
• Monitor trends and develop action plans to optimize results.
• Serve as in-store expert on food programs and promotions.
• Deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivation.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Recognize great performance and mentor associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting food service area meeting health standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep.
