Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of the Upper School crew program during the fall, winter, and spring seasons.
• Assist with coaching during practices and competitions.
• Coordinate and supervise weekday transportation between campus and the boathouse.
• Provide weekend transportation for student-athletes during the spring racing season.
• Maintain boats, launches, trailers, oars, ergometers, and other rowing equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.
• Manage equipment inventory, supplies, repairs, replacements, and purchases.
• Ensure equipment is properly stored, maintained, and race-ready throughout the year.
• Provide logistical and operational support for regattas, practices, and other team events.

Who You Are

The Episcopal Academy seeks a Manager of Crew Operations to oversee the day-to-day logistics and operational needs of our rowing program. This role will ensure equipment, transportation, and program logistics run smoothly while also providing coaching support to our Upper School crew team.
