Job summary

The Episcopal Academy seeks a Manager of Crew Operations to oversee day-to-day logistics for our rowing program and to provide coaching support to the Upper School crew team. The role reports to the Head Crew Coach and is a part-time position essential for a safe, well-organized, enriching student-athlete experience.

Responsibilities include fall/winter/spring operations, equipment maintenance, and coordinating transportation to the boathouse, regattas, and events. Start date is immediate.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of the Upper School crew program during the fall, winter, and spring seasons.
• Assist with coaching during practices and competitions.
• Coordinate and supervise weekday transportation between campus and the boathouse.
• Provide weekend transportation for student-athletes during the spring racing season.
• Maintain boats, launches, trailers, oars, ergometers, and other rowing equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.
• Manage equipment inventory, supplies, repairs, replacements, and purchases.
• Ensure equipment is properly stored, maintained, and race-ready throughout the year.
• Provide logistical and operational support for regattas, practices, and other team events.
