Job summary

United Pacific is hiring a Manager-In-Training for a full-time position. You will complete a structured training program under supervision and progressively learn to manage daily store operations, ensuring a friendly customer and team environment.

The role builds towards store leadership with on-the-job training and company policies guiding daily tasks and decisions. Competitive benefits are included during the training period.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor, lead or assistant manager in retail/fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid, infraction-free Driver's License.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight and holidays.
• Stand/walk for 8 hours; lift up to 20 lbs; occasional ladder use.

Responsibilities

• Complete the training program under supervision of Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team.
• Receive on-the-job training before transitioning to Store Manager role.
