Job summary

United Pacific invites applications for a Manager-In-Training in a full-time role with benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401K plan, and tuition reimbursement. The MIT will receive supervision while learning to manage daily store operations and lead a team to deliver excellent service.

The position requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in retail or fast food, the ability to coach and develop others, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail or fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team to advance.
• Must be 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant environment for customers and team members.
• Undergo on-the-job training from Store Manager/District Manager before transitioning to Store Manager role.
