Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possess a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs (food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses) to company guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service, and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days and shifts and meets scheduling requirements.
• Performs hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant general managers; conducts performance appraisals.
• Coaches and trains staff to meet required certifications and performance levels.
• Keeps restaurant clean and organized, following sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Maintains a safe environment for employees and guests and takes corrective action as needed.
• Ensures preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities and reports repairs.
• Provides timely feedback to area coach and manages turnover through effective selection and training.
• Prepares food as needed and handles cash register operations when required.
